My goal for our team is to promote home ownership opportunities and education in our marketplace, be the local neighborhood listings and selling expert, and to help rebuild our local community's housing market.

I am a full time REO Broker and lead agent for Indy Property Source, which is an experienced full-service company that is capable of handling a real estate asset from default through resale. We are setup to handle high volume with, with over 350 units sold last year, yet we take a custom tailored marketing approach to each asset. I ensure that we are capable of managing the entire process from evictions & property preservation to the marketing & sales of REO properties. I also have fortified my office leadership with disaster recovery plans in place for different scenarios to ensure proper continuity in our business.
 
I have a broad and precise experience in valuations and BPOs. I have been in REO/BPO for the past 2 decades and have sold over 2,000 REOs, 5,000 homes, and completed over 20,000 BPOs/Valuations for my many clients. I offer property, neighborhood, and market specific information pertaining to the subject property. I feel that my meaningful narrative coupled with on target values puts my valuation skills ahead of the curve.
 
We have systems and staff setup to streamline the process and make it simple for our clients. I closely and regularly monitor and evaluate my staff on a regular basis to assure the caliber of service our clients expect. We attend seminars, web-based learning, conferences, and speaking events to stay on top of relevant topics and education for the REO industry and also for the real estate market on the whole.
 
I base my team's success upon effective communication, supply chain experience, quality service, acute market knowledge, integrity, and timeliness. I look forward to successfully managing and selling your REOs. I have several members that specifically handle billing, contractor orders, MLS input, marketing, transaction coordination, and buyer’s agency. While I have these members assist in day-to-day functions, I am very much in control of the tasks being completed. My oversight and involvement in the closing process is very in depth to ensure closing deadlines are met. We have a broad network of service providers and contractors familiar with the REO industry and guidelines. Our contractor network is at our disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to provide the utmost service in property preservation.
 
We have a team of buyer’s agents actively working to sell our listings. They specialize in effective buyer representation and maintain a wealth of REO knowledge to more quickly sell your assets. We strive to sell to owner occupants and recommend repairs and analysis when viable. When the property makes sense to sell ‘as is’ to an investor, we tap into our large database of investor buyers. Both of these aggressive marketing methods have proven to effectively lower days on market and continually keep as at the top of the industry in sales. 

We also feel that our strong online presence is crucial for the changing real estate industry. All of our properties will be placed on over 300 websites including: www.Realtor.com, Google My Business, Yahoo, CraigsList, Zillow,Trulia, Zillow, Res.net, Equator, ListHub, and many more! We directly market our team’s website www.IndyPropertySource.com in order to capture buyers at specific properties. Every listing gets its own virtual tour and marketing strategy. We utilize our team’s Facebook Page, Twitter, and YouTube, blog on our Boomtown WordPress site, and are constantly promoting our listings and business.
 
We currently carry around 100 assets in inventory but have scaled systems to take on double our current inventory with no additional hiring. We can manage over $50,000 in account reimbursements as needed with liquid reserves.  We also maintain a disaster recovery plan and cross train our staff to be able to react to any and all situations.
