I am the Broker/Owner of Legion Realty, specializing in default management and the disposition of REO properties since 2003. As a proud member and Master Broker of the NRBA, I am committed to providing ethical, professional, and proactive service to every client.

I conduct weekly inspections and status updates on every property I manage, ensuring meticulous oversight throughout the asset’s lifecycle. My strong relationships with contractors, HOA management companies, attorneys, and local brokers allow me to seamlessly address any client or property needs.

Marketing is a cornerstone of my approach—I believe in aggressively promoting each property using both traditional and innovative strategies, including professional photography, virtual tours, 3D Matterport imaging, and video walkthroughs. Because every property is unique, I develop tailored marketing plans rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

Living and working in the communities I serve provides me with an in-depth market understanding as well as the ability to respond quickly to any unexpected issues that may arise. This hands-on approach ensures that when urgent issues arise, I can address them immediately. Clients who work with me receive personalized, hands-on service and always have direct access to me—never being handed off to a team member or assistant.

I also work closely with community organizations and property managers to facilitate relocation assistance for occupants in transition, ensuring they are treated with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency during difficult transitions.

I am a certified REO Specialist, registered and certified on Pyramid, Res.Net, Equator, REO Central, and Exceleras. Having sold thousands of distressed properties, I continue to focus my business on the REO market, adapting to industry trends over the years. I work with a diverse range of clients, including AMCs, hedge funds, hard money lenders, banks, and credit unions.

We cover the full Phoenix and Tucson metro areas which includes all of Maricopa, Pinal and Pima County as well as many of the surrounding rural areas. I also work in partnership with many brokers in the smaller rural communities that do not have the MLS coverage, experience and/or necessary insurance coverage to be to handle properties on their own so we work together with them to make sure the properties are taken care of and managed appropriately.
