Maureen and her team deliver quality results for REO clients! We are skilled at handling all aspects of REO disposition and preservation.

Maureen will be your sole Point of Contact (POC) as the REO Project Manager.  With 15+ years of experience as an REO Broker and well trained and educated by The National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), she is always with her team in-the-trenches to get the job done and deliver tasks on time for her Asset Managers.

Through the implementation of technology, social media marketing, and video, plus 3-D imagery and scanning tools like CAVASS w/ LIDAR 3-D Scanner we can ACCESS even the INACCESSIBLE REO properties.  (task completion target 95 to 99%)

From pre-marketing, providing a high cash for keys success rate, and a reliable team of Contractors and vendors, we are well prepared to ensure that our clients, primarily our Asset Managers, receive bids quickly.
