With 28 years of diversified real estate experience, I bring a powerful combination of field expertise, project oversight, and high-level sales leadership to every assignment. My background spans residential and commercial development, REO asset disposition, property management, and investor-focused sales, as well as new construction and luxury homes across New Jersey and New York.

Before expanding my career in real estate, I accumulated over 15 years of experience as a Project Manager for developers, overseeing both residential and commercial construction projects. My responsibilities included contractor management, site planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and direct coordination with architects, engineers, inspectors, and municipal officials. This foundation allows me to seamlessly manage complex transactions and development-related tasks with accuracy and confidence.

In addition, I previously owned and operated a company that manufactured precision parts for government entities and other industries requiring strict specifications and compliance. This role demanded exceptional documentation control, attention to detail, and the ability to meet highly regulated standards—skills that continue to influence my structured, task-driven, and results-oriented approach in real estate.
