With over 12 years of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, I am proud to offer my clients a wealth of knowledge and expertise in REO, retail residential, and commercial real estate sales. My journey in real estate has been informed by 15 years of prior banking experience, providing me with a unique perspective on risk management and financial matters. My specialized skills include listing and selling distressed properties, orchestrating successful short sales, and effectively managing property preservation when necessary.

In this more rural area, I can easily utilize members of my group of contractors to arrange for rekey, preservation including winterization and trash-out services, lawn care and snow removal. I make sure each property is inspected weekly. You can count on me to take care your assets.

As a highly organized and task-oriented real estate agent, I bring a meticulous approach to every transaction. I understand that buying or selling a property is a significant undertaking, and my commitment to detail ensures that no aspect is overlooked. To better serve my clients, I have assembled a dedicated team consisting of a Buyer's Agent who is committed to finding the perfect properties for buyers, a dynamic Marketing department to showcase properties effectively, and a skilled Transaction Coordinator who ensures seamless and hassle-free closings. Additionally, I leverage the talents of professional photographers to capture the essence of each property, offering 3D property tours and stunning aerial drone photography to give buyers a comprehensive view.
