Kimberlee McClellan has been a Broker Owner Operator in the Real Estate industry since 2002.  She leads a team to service high volume production in multiple markets for HUD, GSEs, REO, REITs, Corporate, Outsourcers, Hedge Funds, Short Sales, Retail Residential, Acquisitions, Rehabilitation Management, Valuations, and Property Management for Institutional and Private Clients

Technology has always been a fundamental element to our growth.  We re-investment in technology often and frequently to ensure our service is fast, efficient, and accurate.  We have several field tools to provide onsite reporting from the property so WO requests are expedited to minimize exposure time of health and safety hazards.  We utilize several cloud-based systems such as a property management software, asset management work-flow software, and a field service maximized route software.  Our systems include Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Dropbox, Zendesk, TAZA, Grasshopper, Zoom, ShowingTime, VPN, and Multi-level Authenticators. We have three cloud backup storage systems to ensure we are covered locally, regionally, and nationally in the event of a disaster. Our equipment includes laptops, dual monitor workstations, laser printers, VOIP Phone system, Texting System, iPads, digital cameras, smart phones, and fiber connection.
