With over 25 year in REO experience. We are experts in the REO and default industry. My team and I have the complete REO experience from assignment to close. Some of my experience includes: HECM, non-performing assets, pre-foreclosure inspections, Cash for keys, HUD LLB Experience, USDA, detailed and accurate BPO's, auction, evictions all the way through the sale and flip experience with the management of multiple crews and remodel projects including ADU's, with financial capacity to carry most remodel jobs for reimbursements.  

I was born born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. No one knows SO Cal better then me. We cover a large territory with several team members in several offices. I decided to become a Licensed Broker long ago. I enjoy what I do. I have successfully closed hundreds of REO transactions.  

We know what it takes to get a home sold fast and efficient. We want to be your eyes and ears on the ground.

Including: 24 inspections, accurate BPO's interior and exterior, Cash For Keys success rate of 95%, extensive social media marketing, Security detail, property preservation, dealing with evictions, code violation resolutions, we have capacity to repair a property ($100k + reserves) We professionally manage property, we can collect rents as I hold a property management license, trashouts, we have home flipping and development experience, SB8 experience, ADU experience, have local political contacts, experience pulling permits, vacant property registration, Auction experience, probate sales, short sale experience, familiar with mortgage loans (hold NMLS #1373959 license.) lastly will gather accurate competitive bids and also have contractor crews ready to work that offer great prices for whatever type of work we need to make home eligible for all finance types. 
Coverage Area
 We cover all of Southern California and surrounding counties including: LA, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, Orange, Kern and parts of Fresno. 
Services Offered
 We use RIO genesis, MLS, CRM systems, MLS and many other REO and Real Estate platforms. Also, we perform Matterport on most of our listings, drone shots, professional edited photography, videos with iPhone 12 + and time stamped photos on all reports.
