Valuations

We serve as our clients’ boots on the ground when it comes to property valuations. With over a decade of experience of practicing real estate through Western Oregon, we are keenly aware of hyper-local market conditions, trends and variances. We also account for differences in population composition, employment opportunities, local amenities, school quality, and much more; insuring that our clients’ are equipped with the most accurate and up-to-date information to determine their pricing strategies. This level of detail also extends to any broker price opinions (BPOs) that are requested of us. Like many of the other services we offer, we guarantee a 24 hour turnaround time for both interior and exterior BPOs throughout Western Oregon.

Inspections

We have a full support staff that is available 24 hours of a day, 7 days a week to conduct any required property inspections. We offer all our clients a 24 hour turnaround guarantee for any inspections or associated tasks; including occupancy checks, letter posting and personal property valuations. Beyond merely inspecting properties, we also create detailed reports noting any potential issues, hazards or code violations that may affect the safety or livability of each property. For larger projects, we can provide comprehensive lists of value-added repairs and coordinate with our network of local contractors to insure prompt and professional renovations.

Property Preservation

We are well-versed in maintaining REO properties and keeping in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Our team includes licensed and bonded contractors with over 15 years of experience dealing with all manner of repairs, from small odd jobs to total remodels. During our time helping our wide array of REO clients, we have also established a wide network of subcontractors who are available to tackle all manner of repairs within reasonable time frames and budgets. Cleaning and landscaping references are also available upon request, reducing the time it takes to get a property on the market and removing the potential for delays for asset managers.

Marketing

We understand the importance of proactive marketing both online and in print. Our team is fully committed to maintaining the best proven marketing practices and are continually looking fresh and innovative ways to reach prospective buyers. Every property we list is marketed as comprehensively as the most expensive homes in the state of Oregon. These marketing efforts include, but are not limited to professional photography and video, virtual tours, 3D walkthroughs, staging, flyers (both printed and e-flyers), postcards, brochures, photo booklets, signs, directionals, email campaigns, social media posts/engagement, syndication to over 500 dedicated real estate search websites and much more.
