John and his team strive to understand the needs of asset managers and the individual requirements they must meet including but not limited to sales price and the number days on the market. In addition, we utilize the latest technology to keep track of each of our clients’ inventories at all times, insuring each property is appropriately maintained while also providing property valuations, routine inspections, repair verifications, bids and any other information that can assist clients sell their REO properties.

John Velez's prior experience as a general contractor and real estate investor has allowed him to advise his clients on the most effective ways to get the most value out of their properties. With a dedicated office support staff and five full-time real estate agents ready to field any inquiries seven days a week, our team is ideally suited to help our clients achieve their goals.
