REO Services include, but not limited to:

  • BPO within 24 hours of initial assignment.
  • Occupancy Verification within 24 hours or less from initial assignment and a thorough understanding of NC tenant/occupancy laws.
  • REO Pre-Listing data sheet within 24 hours of assignment. Pre-List data includes Serial Numbers and Condition Reports for all appliances and major mechanical, plus other info often not included with system uploads.
  • True Relocation Assistance, including mover contacts and short-term rentals, if needed, for the areas we service.  
  • Initial services contractors on-board for re-key, initial lawn, winterization, and on-going maintenance.
  • Property Tax and Code Violation search within 24 hours of initial assignment.
  • Professional Photos and Extensive Marketing plan for ALL assignments.

Loss Mitigation Services include, but not limited to:

  • Extensive training and knowledge of tenant/occupant law.
  • Deed-In-Lieu and Relocation Assistance experience and knowledge.
  • Multiple technologies available and continued visits/efforts for occupant contact.
