With over 25 year in REO experience. We are experts in the REO and default industry. My team and I have the complete REO experience from assignment to close. Some of my experience includes: HECM, non-performing assets, pre-foreclosure inspections, Cash for keys, HUD LLB Experience, USDA, detailed and accurate BPO's, auction, evictions all the way through the sale and flip experience with the management of multiple crews and remodel projects including ADU's, with financial capacity to carry most remodel jobs for reimbursements. I was born born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. No one knows SO Cal better then me. We cover a large territory with several team members in several offices.
