Since 2007 I have listed, marketed and sold REO assets for HSBC and USB via the Equator platform, Premiere Asset Services and Best Assets via the Aspen iAgent platform, Green River Capital using ReoConnex, Xome using their Cascade platform,  Vendor Resource Management (VA and USDA assets) using their VRM platform, Chronos Solutions, BLB Resources and Raine Company  using HUD p260. I am also familiar with ResNet and Pyramid Platform having worked with numerous clients using those platforms.

I have prepared hundreds of Broker Price Opinions, providing the most accurate and up-to-date information available.

My typical duties, depending on the client and the property, include occupancy verification, assisting in possible redemption acceleration, eviction, scheduling and overseeing demolition and/or repairs, re-key, trash out, sales clean, invoicing, negotiating cash for keys and cash for redemption, mold remediation, weekly inspections, preparing pre-listing valuation data and gathering marketing statistics, working through title issues, coordinating closings, orchestrating buyer inspections, utility and invoice management, winterization, snow and lawn maintenance, HOA verification, monthly status reports and any other tasks requested.

In the 14 years that I have been doing REO, I have successfully closed hundreds of REO properties.  

My support staff is dedicated and educated, understanding the delicate nature of the REO business and providing exceptional service to all parties involved in a transaction. 

I am a proud member of the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA) The excellence of this organization is second to none. 

On a more personal note, I have 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren. My family is my rock and my strength. When time allows, my favorite past time is
fishing the great lakes of South Dakota.
