Erik Sellfors is the Broker/Owner of Cambridge Homes. He 's been serving the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties since 1987 and selling REO since 1992. He's certified on all REO platforms. As a certified CDPE short sale specialist, he is versed in pre-foreclosure mitigation. As a landlord, he has had years of experience with tenant law and Los Angeles rent control. Erik handles all communication with asset managers himself. BPO’s are turned within 24 to 48 hours and have excellent accuracy. Occupancy checks are done the same day they are assigned. His marketing is highly effective, offer communication is immediate, and negotiations are highly streamlined for the client. All of this has lead to Erik having lower than industry standard Days on Market and fewer cancellations. Erik understands the role of an asset manager so his communication is clear and concise. On those rare days off, Erik enjoys skiing and surfing. Erik also sits on the board of directors for NADP (Formerly REOMAC) and chairs their advocacy committee. |
