I am the Broker/Owner of Legion Realty. I have been working in default management and the disposition of REO properties since 2003.  I am a member of NRBA  and am also the Master Broker for NRBA. I work diligently as an advocate for each and every client pride myself on being ethical, professional and a proactive problem solver.  I complete weekly inspections and status updated on each and every property I manage throughout the life of the asset.  I maintain relationships with several contractors, HOA management companies, attorneys and local brokers to be able to assist with any client and/or property needs.  I believe in aggressively marketing all of our properties with both traditional and non-traditional marketing and advertising including such things a professional photos, virtual tours, 3D Matterport photos and video walk throughs etc.  I believe that each and every property is unique and believe in building a tailored marketing strategy that fits that particular property.  I do not believe in a “cookie cutter” or “one size fits all approach” that many other Brokers subscribe to. 

I live and work in the communities I service which gives me a great understanding of the market and means that I can get to any asset I manage within minutes which can be needed at any time during the life of an asset when something unexpected is needed or happens.  Clients that hire me can expect to receive personalized and superior service and communication from cradle to grave.   My clients are always able to speak directly to me and are never passed off to a team member or staff.

I work with several community organizations and property managers to help with relocation when an Occupant needs assistance so that each Occupant is treated with the utmost professionalism and empathy during there difficult transition but also in a timely manner.

I am a certified REO Specialists and am registered and certified on Pyramid Res.Net, Equator, REO Central and Exceleras.  I have sold 1000’s of distressed properties and continue to focus my business on this market throughout all of the differing trends over the years.  I work with several different clients including AMC’s, Hedge Funds, Hard Money Lenders, Banks and Credit Unions.  References are available upon request as well.

Coverage Area
We cover the full Phoenix and Tucson metro areas which includes all of Maricopa, Pinal and Pima County as well as many of the surrounding rural areas. I also work in partnership with many brokers in the smaller rural communities that do not have the MLS coverage, experience and/or necessary insurance coverage to be to handle properties on their own so we work together with them to make sure the properties are taken care of and managed appropriately.

We use technology to manage the workflow of the life of each asset we manage to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
